Cancellation Policy

Non Peak times, free cancellation 48 hours before Arrival Date.

Within 48 hrs, 50 % of booking will be charged.

Peak Season

Over peak season, 20th of Dec to 10th Feb, and all statutory holiday's weekends, up to 14 days Cancelation.

There will be an $80.00 admin charge.

After 14 days, the deposit becomes non refundable.

We reserve the right to draw down remaining payment 7 days from arrival, or payment made on Arrival.
